A Baby Birthday Brunch

Family friend get togethers are the best, everybody has someone to talk to and it’s comfortable and fun. The Kravatsky family is a group that we met though my sister’s interest in music. She’s involved in the high school band and so is the eldest Kravatsky, Ari. They are from South Africa and Michelle, the mom, has the prettiest laugh. They are kind and generous and funny and we really enjoy spending time with them. Last year, they were blessed with baby Yaccov! He is super adorable and is a wonderful addition to the clan. Today was his first birthday party and the Johnsons were invited to a brunch and a dip in the pool!

Anytime a Jewish family holds a celebration, there are bagels involved. I love bagels, I love my Jewish friends 🙂

Not a fan of the traditional lox, but cream cheese works just fine.

Top the bagel with tomatoes and such!

No brunch is complete without a fruit plate (devoured, as you can see!)

Baby Yaccov proved to be allergic to frosting earlier in the week so he got a watermelon ‘cake’! How cute!

Happy Birthday Yaccov!

Present time!

Big sister Rachel and Yaccov with the stuffed turtle and Eric Carle book we gave him.

Pool time! Emily with Yaccov taking a dip under the hot Florida sun

Awww babyyyy!

Sweet baby Yaccov needs a long nap after a big day 🙂

Happy Birthday Yaccov!
