Pretty Pumpkin Bread

I hate that I’m obsessed with pumpkin. Actually, I will not apologize for my craze because of this delicious, delightful, spicy, melt in your mouth bread. It’s for sure more like a cake but I’m going to call it bread so that you don’t feel too bad about calling it a cake, stigmas come with cakes.

Don’t feel bad about this… bread. It’s easy and delicious and everyone around you will understand a little bit more about why pumpkin flavor really does have the merit of this craze!

Pretty Pumpkin Bread

  • 2 Pillsbury Pumpkin Bread Mixes
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 package Cinnamon Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Mix mixes, oil, pumpkin, milk and eggs together in a medium mixing bowl
  3. Stir in cinnamon chips
  4. Grease a bundt pan and pour in batter
  5. Bake for 45 minutes
  6. Let cool for 25 minutes and serve!
